It seems that the Civic is designed to be tuned up and surprisingly no matter how much time or money is spent is on these cars, they are still used on a daily basis by the owners.
Of course there are those people who feel that all of this money and time spent on the build is a waste as the owner could simple go out with all of that cash and buy a new hi-spec car. Well yes, they probably could do that and yet they do not.
