Agency Power Adj. Twin Blow Off Valves Nissan GT-R 09+

Features of the Agency Power ADJ Nissan GTR Twin Blow Off valves:

Product Description – One important facet on turbo charged vehicles is the factory blow off valve also known as the recirculation valve. Because the Nissan GT-R features a twin turbo setup, there is one blow off valve on each intercooler pipe. With stock recirc valves, they relieve the pressure from the intercooler pipe back into the intake pipe, which then goes into the turbo causing turbulence. This slows down the turbo spool up between shifts. However running an aftermarket blow off valve at a 100% atmosphere can cause MAF issues because there is no air being metered back. For modified cars running higher boost pressure, factory recirc valves can also leak boost from the OEM design at higher RPMs. Agency Power’s blow off valves have been proven successful on many other vehicle applications with each holding up to 30psi of boost. With its adjustability knob on top to dial in your spring tension, the CNC machined 6061 aluminium component can be setup to run either 100% atmosphere or 50/50 for best performance. With the 50/50 setup, the blow off valves will still dump air back into the intake, but most will vent to atmosphere giving you that swoosh sound and keeping the turbos spooled between shifts. The anodized body with laser engraved Agency Power name includes a bolt on flange to mount the blow off valve on the stock or aftermarket intercooler piping. These kits are sold as a pair and come in black, blue, red, or silver. They fit all 2009 and up Nissan GT-Rs. This model Honda is a one of those that often gets chosen by the older driver because they see it a little sporty, security of it being a Honda and because is a your average four door sedan car. This is a favourite amongst that target group and the reason why not too of these cars go on to become a great import builders finished.

Apart from that, this is a car ripe for modification. It has the body and style that lends itself to being just slightly altered with nip and tuck here and there. Under the hood is where most of the action is going to take place with plenty of a work and money spent on turning this not too bad engine into a beast.

The car is finished off in a high gloss black; with a few touches of gold paintwork add to the light effect on this car. It seems that black is a hard colour to use on a car because it shows up every little mark, scuff and speck of dirt. However, in the right hands this high gloss finish is a testament to the work and time that has gone into this car.

These Subaru’s are great little cars get the right one and you could be hitting 150 mph with problem at all, apart from the cops with speed guns but that is just an occupational hazard. Anyway, by all accounts this car from the images does look like anything has been done to it. Sure, there are the odd cosmetic touches here and there, but to the average man or woman in the street this is simply a Subaru WRX from 2003.

Yet under the hood there are a few surprises like the IHI VF39 Turbo, STi Top Mount Intercooler, DeatschWerks 565cc Injectors and Walbro 255LPH Fuel Pump, it that does not get you going then I am afraid that nothing is likely to get you going. We like cars like this one, a wolf in sheep’s clothing is probably the most appropriate words that we could put to this car, do not be fooled by what you first see, this car means business.

Honda Civics used to be a favourite of either very young people or very old people, that was until the latest model came out and then the Honda Civic driver changed from those drivers to the more hip and trendy sort. However, when you of a Civic from 1994, normally the words cool and great would probably not feature, except in this case cool and great are minimum credits that we would give to this car owned by Jon Guadalupe aka “JonJon”.

There are two things that you notice here, the fantastic green colour that is a normal green colour that is used by Honda and the black top just ties it all together nicely. We must not forget the gold 16″ Mugen MF10 wheels and lightweight black lug nuts, all of these points make the machine a super machine, not just in looks but clearly in performance too.

To at this car you are going to think that there is a lot going on and to a certain extent that would be true, but this car without all of the paintwork, modifications and the cool looking wheels would just be another Honda used to get to work and back. This car is so much more than that and the vision that has brought this project into existence is pure genius.

It is the paint job that you first see, and there is nothing wrong with that, because initially the body looks messy with too much going on, it is only when we get focused that the colours come out and the images are there to be discovered. Great looking G35 Coupe

Before we start, I have to admit that this is one of my favourite cars, even before anything has been done to it this car is a super car that is totally awesome in almost every single way. In that case, this is a great car before it has been touched, but this one has been touched and therefore does that make it better? Of course it does no G35 fan would turn their back on a on a car like this.

The bodywork is great; in fact, it looks as if there has only been minimal amounts of work done on this car, such as a roof wing, side skirts and front bumper. One nice touch is the wing mirror covers, these have carbon fibre covers, but even better than that is the roof section, that has been made by hand from carbon fibre too.

This is car that almost looks like a prototype or even a concept car that you would see at a car show, but it is just the result of a well thought out plan, a lot of hard work and of course the one factor that ties all modified cars, a fair amount of cash!

A brilliant and bright Nissan Skyline

This is car that crowds tend to flock around, the Nissan Skyline is at the top of its game before it even leaves the factory, but this is drifter’s machine that only a few years ago was a standard car that was until Tiffany got her hands on it, yes, this car is the result of a girl drifter. Nothing wrong with that is there?

She created this car from scratch, it is not a build that just looks good either, this has been designed to drift and although she does not compete in competitions, she is currently fine tuning her skills and will eventually get onto the drifting circuit, then this car will be noticed.

It is the colour is taken from a famous Japanese drifting car, but it is the Vertex bodywork that makes this car stand out, even more than the yellow colour. Under the body is car quite capable of producing just under four hundred HP. Now there is a lot that can be done with that sort of power.

This is finished project now, and Tiffany is enjoying her ride, hopefully seeing how extreme drifting can help a driver to be first past the post. Whatever she is doing, this is a good job with the Nissan Skyline proving that a good car can be made into a great car.

1993 Mazda RX-7 – F-The Purists

The Mazda RX-7 from the early nineties is one of those cars that seemed to have come and gone, maybe it was the sign of the times or just that Mazda had fallen out of favour with its fans. So when one comes along like this example by Bruce Kress, not only does it bring back memories of the car got away, but it shows that at least someone had the vision to build this one into a fantastic looking machine.

This is almost a classic car yet it has the lines of modern build, especially inside where there has been a lot work done on it. Not all of the work will be to everyone’s taste in fact even the owner calls it “Osaka Style” which basically means you take a great looking car and then ruin it by adding too much. You see builds like that all of the time though, so there really is nothing wrong with going over the top, that is what import building is all about.

The Mitsubishi Galant by Broderick Jones

This model Mitsubishi Galant is one of those cars that has a foot in a couple of camps, one being the family type car and the other being performance car. The trouble is it hard to distinguish between the two sometimes, is it a performance car or a family car? In fact, that is a question that has always been an issue with Galant owners, especially when it comes to insurance, as they seem to think that it is a performance car and therefore charge accordingly.

Yet this Galant is one of the best, the owner has gone out of his way to create one of the best in the country. Does it succeed, well that is a question that needs to be answered by those people who are experts in the field, but having said that this is a naturally aspirated Mitsubishi Galant, most owners would have gone for a turbo, but not here. Yet this car produces 225 whp, which is not bad for a 3.5 litre engine.

Will Fassett’s Hyundai Tiburon

This is a brilliant looking car; in fact, it makes a change to show a car that has actually has very little down to the engine and yet had a whole lot of work done on what the car looks like. There has been a some extensive work done here and yet although you can see what has been done. This one certainly goes for the look rather than what is under the foot.

However, having said that, the underneath this Hyundai is plenty of power anyway so maybe Will is right here, he already has the car underneath him, so why work on that when you can make a beautiful looking car like this one. Even the colour is right with this car, some car look wrong with certain colours yet the custom three stage Lamborghini orange paint job is so right.

Hyundai Tiburon Specs:

Engine Modification – Unfortunately, the motor does not have much done to it except for an AEM intake system. A complete Power One exhaust system was installed to make her purr like a kitten
