When it comes to power, this car comes with the choice of three power units, 1.2 litre, 1.3 litre and the 1.5 litre engines with an output from just 98 HP up to the Mugen Motorsports concept car designed for the 2008 Tokyo Motor Show. This is a car that comes with a supercharged 1.5 litre with an output of 150 HP, so now we understand that the Honda Fit is definitely a car that not only can be modified, it should be modified.

So here we have a Honda Fit, but as you would expect this is not ordinary car, in fact it was initially built for a competition and this beautiful looking machine was the prize. Oh yes this car was the result of a collaboration between Faulkner Honda, HOT92 and Motor Trend Auto Shows, now that would have been one competition that I would have loved to have entered, some guys really do have all the luck!

Back to the car, this is a supremely brilliant modification; attention to detail is key here, which is why the blue and the black BASF paintwork is carried on throughout the car, this makes all of the difference. Mishimoto appear to have taken over the engine compartment, which is great but this is car with big brand parts, you will find Konig, Pioneer, Toyo, BASF, HFP and Tanabe all in there. This is truly a wonderful example of the Honda Fit and therefore we have just one question, where is it now?

Teaming up with BRS Autodesign the idea was to produce a wonderful looking machine, but without losing the classic style and shape of the new body. However, it comes with the performance of a sports car as it uses a Toyota Tundra engine with custom Garret turbo configuration offering around 600 HP!

One of the main features from the outside, are those serious twenty inch VIP Modular two piece wheels complete with Toyo tyres, nothing stands out more than a set of highly polished wheels. It seems that the work done producing this car was appreciated by the crowd at the show and has been ever since whenever it has been possible to this wonderful yet wicked car.

Of course, this is no ordinary Starlet you can tell that buy simply looking at it, those widened wheel arches that give it away. Having said that, there is definitely something distinctly 1970’s about those wheels you have to wonder where they came from!

This is a great looking car, even with those modern Nissans, Toyotas and Mazda’s in the background, you want to call it quaint but in your heart you just know that is not true there is no way I would like to come up against this little beast no matter what I was driving.

So this is real drivers car, there is not fancy equipment inside or out and yet on the track it is likely to handle the track well, although it would have been cool to know the top speed of this little baby. Naturally, you should not be calling this a little baby at all.

The weight of the car has been put down as being just seven hundred kilos and that is with virtually everything stripped out of the car, but never the less the little Starlet will have some serious pulling power and probably not just off the starting line either.

Personally, I like this car; it has a certain style and when you think about how old it is. This is real classic machine that has out lived many of its modern counterparts.

I have to admit that I have never really been a fan of the Scion, that was until we started seeing them change into fantastic machine like this one owned by Mike Ma, the car although not totally transformed has taken on a different look. By taking on a Scion as a project proves that the owner loves a challenge and is not going to be bother about the purists that demand a Skyline or Integra for this job. However, something like the Scion needs careful consideration and a clear plan right through to the end of the project.

Obviously being given the car from the makers is a good incentive, in fact it means that the job is even harder now, because not only is there fans and media to please there is the firm that made the car in the first place to look out for. Who ever said that import car builders always like to take the easy way out, in fact if anything they about thing the hard way and it is shows in the finished product.

A collaboration is always going to produce something spectacular and this Scion XD is definitely some sort of super car that looks as if it has been factory made, but of course, we all know what a Scion XD looks like before the work has been done.

This car has been built by Team Koshak and All Star, this was originally designed for the SEMA 2008 show, the most prominent thing about the car is the roof, or rather the lack of one. This is something really makes a car stand from the rest and the way that this has been done is for impact, which they have achieved.

The colour green features heavily on this car and even as you inside there is a splash of Samari Green greets you in the centre console. This colour is themed all around the car with touches of carefully placed paint to highlight the colour throughout the entire project.

Ordinarily this is car should not be here, this is not the sort of car that you would expect to find in the pages that support import builders. However, here it is and it is looking good too.

Now I know that this is Dodge, but it is an interesting car all the same and not necessarily just because they managed to get girl who appears to have forgotten to her skirt on, in the picture either.

This Dodge SRT 4 is a beautiful looking car for so many reasons, the colour, size, shape and just about everything about the car. To make thing even better the owner Bill Stetson has no sponsors either (Anyone interested?) this is a real privateers job that looks utterly fantastic.

The cars body has founds it way into other models, like the Neon from Chrysler, yet it is the Dodge that comes out on top, especially when it has had the amount of work on it, like this one has had. There is nothing like a great looking car that comes from the around a decade ago, sure in many cases there are cars that around ten years old that simply don’t make the cut, in some are pretty worthless, while on the hand there is the cars that come along like this one.

It is a 1998 Nissan Skyline R34 Sedan and it is on it third life, but given that it does not look too bad on that either. It looks brilliant with a ten piece body kit from URAS, widening the front by around 20 mm, while at the rear it is huge 40 mm wider than before, that is so it accommodates the eleven inch rear wheels.

Under the hood there is the Nissan RB26DET 2.6 litre turbo charged power unit, this has been rebuilt and at the same time painted, the fuel injectors are 1000 cc as this is the only way to feed to the GT42R Garrett turbo.

All together, this is a supreme piece of machinery that bends all of the rules, if this car actually abided by any of the rules in the first place.
