The Honda Fit or Jazz depending on where you live is probably one of the very last cars that you would consider to take on as a project, it is all wrong because you have a five door hatchback car that has clearly been designed to take the kids to school or pick up the weekly groceries from the supermarket. However, maybe we are looking at this car from the wrong perspective, could this Honda really be a cool project? When it comes to power, this car comes with the choice of three power units, 1.2 litre, 1.3 litre and the 1.5 litre engines with an output from just 98 HP up to the Mugen Motorsports concept car designed for the 2008 Tokyo Motor Show. This is a car that comes with a supercharged 1.5 litre with an output of 150 HP, so now we understand that the Honda Fit is definitely a car that not only can be modified, it should be modified. So here we have a Honda Fit, but as you would expect this is not ordinary car, in fact it was initially built for a competition and this beautiful looking machine was the prize.

Oh yes this car was the result of a collaboration between Faulkner Honda, HOT92 and Motor Trend Auto Shows, now that would have been one competition that I would have loved to have entered, some guys really do have all the luck!

Back to the car, this is a supremely brilliant modification; attention to detail is key here, which is why the blue and the black BASF paintwork is carried on throughout the car, this makes all of the difference. Mishimoto appear to have taken over the engine compartment, which is great but this is car with big brand parts, you will find Konig, Pioneer, Toyo, BASF, HFP and Tanabe all in there. This is truly a wonderful example of the Honda Fit and therefore we have just one question, where is it now?

Being tasked to produce a spectacular car for the SEMA show has to be one of the pinnacles of an import builder’s career, which what Mobil 1 had in mind back in 2007 to promote the new body for the Scion range, so there is not too much pressure there then. What they come up with is something that actually takes your breath away. Teaming up with BRS Autodesign the idea was to produce a wonderful looking machine, but without losing the classic style and shape of the new body. This is a hard task but it has been successfully executed with this job and fans of the Scion brand worldwide would be able to recognise what this car is without too much trouble. Because the exterior was limited in what modifications could be made, the team appear to have concentrated on performance, with a lot work being carried out under the hood to produce a car that may have the appearance of a family car.

However, it comes with the performance of a sports car as it uses a Toyota Tundra engine with custom Garret turbo configuration offering around 600 HP!

One of the main features from the outside, are those serious twenty inch VIP Modular two piece wheels complete with Toyo tyres, nothing stands out more than a set of highly polished wheels. It seems that the work done producing this car was appreciated by the crowd at the show and has been ever since whenever it has been possible to this wonderful yet wicked car.

Of course, this is no ordinary Starlet you can tell that buy simply looking at it, those widened wheel arches that give it away. Having said that, there is definitely something distinctly 1970’s about those wheels you have to wonder where they came from! This is a great looking car, even with those modern Nissans, Toyotas and Mazda’s in the background, you want to call it quaint but in your heart you just know that is not true there is no way I would like to come up against this little beast no matter what I was driving. So this is real drivers car, there is not fancy equipment inside or out and yet on the track it is likely to handle the track well, although it would have been cool to know the top speed of this little baby.

The weight of the car has been put down as being just seven hundred kilos and that is with virtually everything stripped out of the car, but never the less the little Starlet will have some serious pulling power and probably not just off the starting line either.

Personally, I like this car; it has a certain style and when you think about how old it is. This is real classic machine that has out lived many of its modern counterparts.

This Rvinyl Headlight Protection Film kits are designed to protect your vehicle”s headlamps from road debris, weather elements, salt and UV discoloration. Headlamp Protection Film kits are pre-cut and model specific and made from a pliable urethane adhesive backed film. Rvinyl kits apply as easily as a decal, but are repositionable during the application process using a wet application method and conform to your vehicle”s lights by using a heat source. If you have a hair dryer, you can install this product. Years of outdoor exposure degrade OEM lights, turn signals and fog lights. Scratches and UV radiation turn headlights yellow and milky-white over time, leading up to a 50% degradation in foot light candle output. Rvinyl headlight protection films prevents this and are non-protective tint film however does not provide a level of protection from significant scratches or UV radiation. 1 in 6 vehicles on the road will require headlight replacements. OEM composite lights cost in excess of $600.00 to replace. Rvinyl Protection kits may be removed with out damaging existing lights, increasing resale value and protecting leased vehicles. Rvinyl offers two types of clear protection film, a lite version designed to be installed by the average user and a professional version, which is five times thicker, and designed for professional installers. Both protect your headlights, but the processional version is specifically engineered for off-road use vehicles and race tracks.

A collaboration is always going to produce something spectacular and this Scion XD is definitely some sort of super car that looks as if it has been factory made, but of course, we all know what a Scion XD looks like before the work has been done. This car has been built by Team Koshak and All Star, this was originally designed for the SEMA 2008 show, the most prominent thing about the car is the roof, or rather the lack of one.
Product Description

“Rvinyl window tint kits are made from high quality tint film manufactured by Llumar. Our film when properly installed will not fade, lose colour, turn purple, or bubble. Precut tints are a cost effective way for the do-it-yourself installer to save time and money by taking the guess work out of the window tint installation process. Rvinyl car window tint kits are precut specifically for the make, model and year listed in the product name using advanced software and the most updated window tint pattern databases in the industry. We use professional grade equipment in the manufacturing of your film kit, allowing for a precision and professional results in half the time it would take you to install film by the roll. Although installing precut kits is significantly easier and less time consuming than installing film by the roll, it can still be a difficult process. Although many sites claim their kits are easy to install, we recommend you review the installation procedures outlined to make sure our product meets your needs. Installation difficulty depends on the ability of the installer, the particular windows being tinted and the compound surface of the rear windshield as it will require heat shrinking for proper installation. Front and rear windows are generally relatively easy to tint as they rarely require heat shrinking.”

When Honda introduced us to the Integra, it was an exciting time for many people, although there were those who believed that this car was just a Honda going under a different name, how wrong they were. Suddenly the Integra is hot property mainly because they are rare and an unknown quantity, but in this business news travels fast and soon the Integra was a desirable car. As it stands, the car is a brilliant piece of machinery that can turn heads almost everywhere it goes. Yet when someone like Armando Nanalig gets their hands on it, the car takes on a different style, it becomes a performance car that can hold its own anywhere, sure there are people who still think that the car is Honda in different clothing.
Skunk2 PRO-C Coilovers feature the latest advanced shock technology and a carefully designed dampening curve for a shock that dramatically improves handling. The Skunk2 PRO-C Coilovers feature an adjustable mono-tube design with an oversized, micro-polished, hardened steel shaft and piston with a precision honed internal bore and low friction triple seal resulting in an extremely responsive and durable coilover. Each PRO-C kit features precise 12-way adjustable valving and one-piece forged shock body for added strength and reliability. Skunk2 PRO-C Coilovers feature shortened shock bodies and shafts to maintain proper suspension travel on lowered vehicles and are adjustable to allow height adjustments without affecting pre-load. Included with the Skunk2 PRO-C Coilovers are either CNC-Machined camber plates with spherical bearings or top mounts with polyurethane bushings (depending on application). With Skunk2 Coilovers, enthusiasts can quickly and precisely set adjustments to improve the vehicles handling, response, cornering, stability and balance.
