This model belongs to Chris Wanstrath and this is a true representation of how an import builder would approach a project such as this one, clearly this is not going to be an high performance racing machine, but what it can be is a serious looking example of how design and hard work can produce a work of art.

The Scion is a great example of a blank canvas, the modifications are limited to the imagination of the builder and in this case, it is clear that the music plays a large part in the life of the owner. Check out those serious speakers in the back of the car, they are enough to give the Scion some extra HP when running a full blast.

It is the handy work of Cynce Tester, who bought this car new and with the help of the team at Teske Design produced what has to be considered as being one of the best models around. That may be debatable but check the car out for yourself, this is one of the great import builds and makes the Scion look supreme.

This Scion TC Sports Coupe was initially a front wheel drive car, that would mean drifting was completely out of the question, but with a rear wheel conversion in place drifting would naturally be back on the menu.

This car was actually given to the builders to work on and I suppose that it is fair enough to say that the manufacturers have supplied most of the accessories that are on the car too. Therefore, it is fairly safe to say that this is a car that has been built up using the best materials and accessories.

The thing about these cars is that like many people these cars looked like vans with windows in the in the side and so the transformation of the van to a serious import builders dream machine began. Now we can see that the Scion XB has some serious scope with all of that space and square lines it is a designers ideal blank canvas.

This particular model has been built to max and by the looks of it, there is little room left for anything else, but there is no need to worry a good builder will always find a way to put a little something extra into the car somewhere. However, those ultra low profile tyres do not leave much room underneath the car.

General: The MB5 â Warrior From The Dark Ages

Unlike its spoked brethren, the MB5 is not a rim with a spoke design but a semi full-faced wheel. This Rim is designed in a way that makes it look like a shield that the warriors of the dark ages used in the ancient times of barbaric wars and competitions. This rim comes in a dark tanned finish and is machined polished to a perfect black tan. The lighter version of the rim is more inclined to a silver finish and goes well with the tire of the car. The black version matched the tire and the silver version contrasts with the black tire. Towards the outer ends of the wheel, where the broad spokes meet the rim, the design forms a seemingly three-sided half ellipse that is carved into the face of the rim. The centre of the rim is held fast to the rim with eight Allen nuts and covers the central coupling of the wheel entirely. This cover fits flush with the rest of the rim leaving no need for a hubcap that older car rims require to hide the ugly cast iron wheel and huge coupling bolts. Though the face of the wheel is black, the ring that forms the outer circle of the wheel and holds the tire in place is silver giving the wheel and the vehicle a very classy look. The great thing about the Scion TC is that a lot of the parts are from Toyota, so you are getting the reliability and cost savings of the buying from the world largest auto maker, but the Scion is something completely different.

This car has been built by Team Koshak and All Star, this was originally designed for the SEMA 2008 show, the most prominent thing about the car is the roof, or rather the lack of one. This is something really makes a car stand from the rest and the way that this has been done is for impact, which they have achieved.

General: The MB5 â Warrior From The Dark Ages

Unlike its spoked brethren, the MB5 is not a rim with a spoke design but a semi full-faced wheel. This Rim is designed in a way that makes it look like a shield that the warriors of the dark ages used in the ancient times of barbaric wars and competitions. This rim comes in a dark tanned finish and is machined polished to a perfect black tan. The lighter version of the rim is more inclined to a silver finish and goes well with the tire of the car. The black version matched the tire and the silver version contrasts with the black tire. Towards the outer ends of the wheel, where the broad spokes meet the rim, the design forms a seemingly three-sided half ellipse that is carved into the face of the rim. The center of the rim is held fast to the rim with eight Allen nuts and covers the central coupling of the wheel entirely. This cover fits flush with the rest of the rim leaving no need for a hubcap that older car rims require to hide the ugly cast iron wheel and huge coupling bolts. Though the face of the wheel is black, the ring that forms the outer circle of the wheel and holds the tire in place is silver giving the wheel and the vehicle a very classy look. Sometimes you see a car that simply takes your breath away and this Scion XA is one of those cars. When it comes to building and imported car it is easier to take a sports saloon or coupe and make it better, but the Scion is a different thing all together, this is not the sort of car that you would associate with creating a something special.

But that is what all of this is about, taking something that is ordinary and making it extra ordinary by rebuilding it into what we see here.

Even the colour choice of the Scion is special and suits this car, whereas on another model it may not look as good, in fact the colour scheme would not go as nicely on sleek looking machine. The point is that building a car takes much more than workshop skills, it takes vision and it is clear that there is a lot of vision that has gone into making this car a special car.
