Of course, this is no ordinary Starlet you can tell that buy simply looking at it, those widened wheel arches that give it away. Having said that, there is definitely something distinctly 1970’s about those wheels you have to wonder where they came from!

This is a great looking car, even with those modern Nissans, Toyotas and Mazda’s in the background, you want to call it quaint but in your heart you just know that is not true there is no way I would like to come up against this little beast no matter what I was driving.

So this is real drivers car, there is not fancy equipment inside or out and yet on the track it is likely to handle the track well, although it would have been cool to know the top speed of this little baby. Naturally, you should not be calling this a little baby at all.

The weight of the car has been put down as being just seven hundred kilos and that is with virtually everything stripped out of the car, but never the less the little Starlet will have some serious pulling power and probably not just off the starting line either.

Personally, I like this car; it has a certain style and when you think about how old it is. This is real classic machine that has out lived many of its modern counterparts.
